The mining is credited in BTC to the user's wallet on the 20th of each month starting from the month following the signing of the PAB contract. The instalments are withdrawn from the user's Swaggy EUR balance on the 25th of each month starting the month after subscription. There are 3 'free' withdrawal attempts (on the 25th, 26th and 27th of the month). The system will also try to withdraw the instalment on the 28th and 29th of the month and, only if sufficient funds are in the EUR balance, a fee of 1 euro will be charged. The mining start date depends on the reference batch. The mined BTCs are credited daily to your Swaggy wallet starting the day after mining start date. So if the mining start date is January 9th 2023, the first credit will be sent to your Swaggy wallet on January 10th 2023.

Una volta che, durante un anno fiscale, il promoter ha superato la soglia dei EUR 5,000.00 ed ha aperto la partita IVA, ha perso il requisito dell’occasionalità e quindi si presume che svolga l’attività in modo abituale. Pertanto l’anno successivo, già dal primo euro guadagnato sarà tutto assoggettato ad IVA e quindi sarà emessa la Fattura e non la Ricevuta fiscale. Ai fini INPS, invece, i primi EUR 5,000.00 netti NON subiranno trattenuta (franchigia prevista dalla legge 335/95). L’assoggettamento ai fini INPS avverrà solo dopo i primi EUR 5,000.00 netti annui.

E’ possibile pagare solo la prima rata del Super PAB con carta. Le restanti rate verranno prelevate dal wallet dell’utente in euro o in BTC a seconda del metodo di pagamento scelto.

Non è possibile. Qualora l’utente volesse aumentare il suo guadagno, dovrà attivare un nuovo Super PAB.

Così come per il classico PAB, non è possibile attivare il Super PAB come primo prodotto, l’acquisto potrà essere finalizzato solo se l’utente ha già acquistato almeno una macchina fissa o variabile.

L'utente non riceverà nel suo wallet la produzione delle macchine prima della fine del contratto in quanto i BTC minati ogni mese dalle macchine verranno utilizzati in automatico per comprare altre porzioni di macchina. Si verrà quindi a creare una sorta di interesse composto che a lungo termine creerà un incremento sostanziale nella quota di Bitcoin posseduta dall’utente. La produzione sarà comunque visibile nella sezione “macchine“ dell'area personale.

L’utente potrà prendere visione della produzione del proprio Super PAB a partire dalla sezione “macchine” della propria area personale ed inoltre potrà tenere traccia di quest’ultima anche attraverso le email che gli verranno inviate mese per mese.

Ogni mese verrà prelevato dal metodo di pagamento scelto un importo pari alle quote sottoscritte dall’utente. All’utente viene data anche la possibilità di sospendere temporaneamente il pagamento delle rate. La sospensione deve essere richiesta per il mese successivo entro il 20 del mese corrente, dura 1 mese e può essere richiesta per un massimo di 3 volte durante tutto l’arco del contratto. Nel momento in cui il contratto viene messo in pausa, anche la ricompensa da mining viene messa in pausa e la scadenza finale del contratto viene posticipata di conseguenza. Nel caso in cui l’utente non avesse i fondi sufficienti al pagamento della rata all’interno del suo conto, al termine dei tentativi di prelievo, verrà rescisso il contratto automaticamente ed applicata la penale corrispondente.

No, il pagamento delle rate del Super PAB non rientra tra le operazioni che influenzano i limiti di Swaggy.

Il contratto non è rescindibile prima del primo anno, dopodichè si sarà soggetti alle penali previste in caso di recesso anticipato.

In caso di recesso anticipato, le penali vengono applicate sia sui canoni di noleggio sia sulla produzione.

Pertanto, solo a partire dall’inizio del quarto anno si potrà richiedere il riscatto della produzione, a cui saranno applicati i valori di riduzione presenti nella tabella.

Il recesso anticipato può essere effettuato solamente a partire dall’inizio della seconda annualità di contratto, e sarà soggetto alle penali specificate nelle tabelle di cui sopra.

They will assign the employee's profile to your business.
